Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

Return Conditions

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
  • Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damage when contacting us.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization number
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  5. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability. You may be responsible for return shipping costs and any price difference.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
  • Items returned after the 14-day return period
  • Items without original packaging or proof of purchase
